Juan David is a passionate advocate for the Colombian countryside. He is a Zootechnist from the National University of Medellin, holds an MBA from Eafit Medellin with a thesis in Strategic Management of Export Agribusiness, and is a Specialist in Senior Management and Strategic Management from the University of the Andes.
As General Manager, he has worked in various agricultural subsectors, including fruit farming involving mangoes, soursop, citrus, tree tomatoes, and Hass avocados. He has extensive knowledge of the fruit juice and beverage industry. He is also a lover and investor in livestock and Hass avocado projects.
He serves as a consultant for Hass avocado companies and has been a member of different Boards of Directors in the agriculture sector. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of CorpoHass, where he leads the sustainability efforts of this industry.
