Industrial Engineer from UIS (Industrial University of Santander), with a Master’s in Production and Logistics from the University of the Andes, specializations in Management Induction from INALDE, and in Industries 4.0 from MIT.
Óscar has an extensive background in creating alternatives for organizations’ competitive positioning, based on mathematical models and production system simulation. He possesses leadership skills in team management, project leadership, entrepreneurship, and agile methodologies.
At Alpina, he has held various roles, including Director of Dairy Business, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Supply Chain, Director of Supply Chain Planning, Engineering Specialist, Project Manager, Planning Manager, and Production Manager. Currently, he has been serving as Director of Innovation since 2019.
